In other words, what Trumka aims to do is SCREW employers to the wall, closing the 30-hour loophole, which would be easy to do by just including language in an amendment that says that any employee, part-time or full-time must be covered, or the employer pays a fine (read: tax) for that individual. If you think there are mistakes now, just wait until this monstrosity is fully fielded. You ain’t nothing yet, Dick!
